Goto Biopharm's wholly-owned subsidiary, Hubei Goto Biotechnology Co., Ltd., intends to purchase land and attachments necessary for production and operation from Hubei Yuanke Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd., with a transaction amount not exceeding 16.5703 million yuan. The asset will be used for projects such as the construction of a sewage treatment facility and Class A workshops. The two parties will sign a transfer agreement after completing the approval procedures
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Goto Biopharm (300966.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Hubei Goto Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Goto Biotechnology") intends to purchase land and attached structures necessary for production and operation from Hubei Yuanke Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yuanke Biomedical", another enterprise controlled by the company's actual controller) for the construction of a 3000t/d sewage treatment facility project and Class A workshop and supporting facilities production construction project. After the parties involved complete the approval procedures, they will sign a transfer agreement, with a total transfer price not exceeding 16.5703 million yuan
