GLOBAL M HLDG: Zhou Danqing resigns as executive director
GLOBAL M HLDG announced that Zhou Danqing has resigned as executive director and multiple positions due to personal matters, effective from August 6, 2025. Meng Pinwen will serve as the authorized representative under the company regulations, and Meng Jianqiang will serve as the authorized representative under the listing rules
According to the announcement from GLOBAL M HLDG (08063), Mr. Zhou Danqing has resigned from his positions as executive director; company secretary; authorized representative of the company under the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, Rule 5.24; authorized representative of the company for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622); chairman and member of the company's corporate governance committee; and any other positions he holds in the company or its subsidiaries, effective from August 6, 2025.
Effective from August 6, 2025, Mr. Meng Pinwen has been appointed as the authorized representative under the Companies Ordinance; and Mr. Meng Jianqiang has been appointed as the authorized representative under the Listing Rules
