UNITY ENT (02195.HK) announced the acquisition of 100% equity in the local small engineering contractor - New Noble Construction from independent third party Yuan Jianwei for HKD 35 million, which includes the issuance of zero-interest promissory notes with a principal of HKD 24.15 million; and the issuance of 281 million shares as payment, with an issuance price of HKD 0.0385, representing a discount of 19.79% compared to the last trading day (6th). After completion, the seller will hold 16.67% of the company's equity
