Emerging Equipment: Shareholder Dai Yue and his concerted actors' shareholding ratio decreased to 20.00%

On August 8th, New Emerging Equipment announced that shareholder Dai Yue and his concerted actors Hao Mengqiao, Wang Ping, and Dai Xiaolin reduced their holdings in the company by a total of 3.1421 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from April 26, 2023, to August 7, 2025, accounting for 2.68% of the company's total share capital. After this change in equity, the information disclosure obligors and their concerted actors hold a total of 23.469985 million shares in the company, accounting for 20.00% of the company's total share capital. Among the 17.822487 million shares held by Mr. Dai Yue, 2.6 million shares are pledged. The information disclosure obligors do not rule out the possibility of deciding whether to continue reducing or increasing their holdings in the company within the next 12 months based on market conditions and their actual situation
