Sri Trang Gloves Q2 earnings drop by 79.6% to 77.1 million baht

Sri Trang Gloves reported a 79.6% drop in Q2 net profit to 77.1 million baht, despite a 4.6% revenue increase to 6 billion baht. The rise in costs, particularly raw materials, outpaced revenue growth, leading to a 33.3% decline in gross profit. A net foreign exchange loss of 112.8 million baht further impacted earnings, with EPS falling to 0.03 baht from 0.13 baht. For the half-year, net profit decreased by 4.5% to 501.3 million baht, while revenue rose 6.4% to 12.5 billion baht.
