MDK: Asset acquisition completed

MDK announced that the company used its own funds or raised funds amounting to USD 2.1947 million to acquire 100% equity of Haishuo Li Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. held by KEM TECHCORP and 100% equity of INNOWAVE VIETNAM CO., LTD. held by INNOWAVE CO., LTD. As of August 15, 2025, the equity transfer of the two target companies involved in this transaction has been completed. Haishuo Li and INNOWAVE VIETNAM have become wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company and are included in the consolidated financial statements
