HES announced that the company, along with its controlling shareholder and actual controller Dai Baolin, Chairman and General Manager Dai Congqi, Director and Deputy General Manager Hou Chunhui, Director, Deputy General Manager, and Board Secretary Wen Guoping, received a warning letter from the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau for failing to timely disclose the investigation into the company's suspected unit bribery crime.
