SBT: The controlling shareholder commits not to reduce the company's shares within 12 months

SBT announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Jiangsu Yangtai Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., and the actual controller, Chairman and General Manager Mr. Zhou Hongjian, voluntarily committed not to reduce their holdings of the company's shares within 12 months starting from September 29, 2025. This commitment does not include the planned donation of 300,000 shares to the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Education Development Foundation. As of the announcement date, the controlling shareholder Jiangsu Yangtai Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. holds 21.8341 million shares, accounting for 18.87% of the total share capital, while Mr. Zhou Hongjian holds 16.2253 million shares, accounting for 14.02% of the total share capital, with a combined holding ratio of 32.89%.
