S-king: Director Zhang Xinming plans to reduce his holdings by 0.88%

S-king announced that the director and deputy general manager Zhang Xinming holds 3.3509 million shares, accounting for 3.55% of the company's total share capital. He plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 830,000 shares, or no more than 0.88% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading from September 17, 2025, to December 16, 2025. The shares were acquired before the IPO, and the reduction price will be determined at market price
