The basic loss per share was HKD 0.21. The group achieved revenue growth through the acquisition of two construction companies, resulting in a more diversified project portfolio and an increase in commercial and industrial projects, leading to a more stable source of profit. The main revenue came from multiple private residential and industrial projects
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, UNITY ENT (02195) announced its results for the six months ending June 30, 2025, with revenue of HKD 119 million, a year-on-year increase of 77.3%; a net loss of HKD 15.536 million, a year-on-year narrowing of 18.4%; and a basic loss per share of HKD 0.21.
The group achieved revenue growth through the acquisition of two construction companies, expanding its project reserves and customer base, and diversifying its project portfolio. With the efforts of the project team, the group's commercial and industrial projects have increased. These commercial and industrial projects provide the group with a more stable source of profit. For the six months ending June 30, 2025, revenue mainly came from the following projects: a private residential project located in Kennedy Town, a project for a large transportation agency, two private residential projects located in Tuen Mun, and an industrial center project located in Kwai Chung
