Net profit was 116 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 5.65%. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.60 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders based on the total share capital registered on the equity distribution record date, without increasing share capital from capital reserves or issuing bonus shares. As of the date of this announcement, the company's total share capital is 168 million shares, which means a total cash dividend of 10.08 million yuan is planned to be distributed, accounting for 8.70% of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company in the consolidated financial statements for the first half of 2025
