The company deepened its market expansion strategy, adding a new contract construction area of 3.9 million square meters, with the proportion of new third-party contract construction area increasing to 96%. The property management service contract construction area is 12.2 million square meters, a decrease of 1% compared to the end of 2024
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SINO-OCEAN SERV (06677) released its interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of 1.386 billion yuan, a gross profit of 163 million yuan, and a loss attributable to shareholders of 310 million yuan, with a loss per share of 0.26 yuan.
In the first half of 2025, the group deepened its market expansion strategy, continuously optimizing project structure and quality, and solidifying the foundation for high-quality sustainable development. We continued to promote market expansion, increasing efforts in non-residential sectors based on a core focus on residential and commercial properties. During this period, the newly added contract construction area reached 3.9 million square meters, with the proportion of new contract construction area from third parties rising from 64% in the same period last year to 96%, covering various types of sectors including commercial, office buildings, industrial parks, public buildings, and scenic areas. We remain committed to deepening our core areas while leveraging our service experience and professional expertise in commercial properties to strengthen operational barriers, maintaining a high level of 99% for first- and second-tier cities in the managed construction area of commercial properties.
At the same time, we actively responded to competition in the existing market, accumulating service experience in segmented sectors and further expanding the scale advantages of industrial parks and logistics parks. We continued to deepen strategic collaboration with major clients, tapping into quality customer resources, and through efficient matching of deep customer needs, developed one-stop, customized solutions, successfully expanding public building projects such as the Zhengzhou Customs office area, Shenyang Xinmin Municipal Supervision Bureau project, and Guangxi Jiaotou Expressway service area. As of June 30, 2025, property management services achieved a contracted construction area of 122 million square meters, a decrease of 1% compared to the end of 2024; the managed construction area was 93.5 million square meters, an increase of 1% compared to the end of 2024
