Genbyte announced that its subsidiary in Vietnam plans to lease land use rights through public means to build production and operation facilities, implementing a project for the expansion and renovation of its production base. The investment amount will not exceed USD 20.5 million, with funding sourced from the company's own funds and self-raised funds. The project construction includes leasing land use rights, building factories, and purchasing machinery and equipment. This investment aims to optimize the global strategic layout, expand overseas markets, and enhance international competitiveness. At the same time, by establishing its own production base, it will alleviate capacity bottlenecks and provide reliable support for sustainable business development. However, no formal land use rights lease agreements have been signed yet, which presents certain uncertainties and risks
