JOYREPAK announced that one of the actual controllers, Luo Yinhao, was sentenced to three years and three months in prison for the crime of manipulating the securities market by the Intermediate People's Court of Qingdao City, Shandong Province, and fined RMB 1 million. Luo Yinhao resigned from the company's board and executive positions on September 9, 2022. This lawsuit is a personal matter for the shareholder and will not affect the company's daily production and operation activities, nor will it impact the company's current or future profits
