WELLSUN announced that its shareholder Tian Tai County WELLSUN Zhihe Investment Partnership, holding more than 5% of the shares, has reduced its holdings by 2.862 million shares through centralized bidding within the planned period, with an average reduction price of RMB 16.69 per share, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital; after the reduction, it holds 17.8288 million shares, accounting for 6.23%, down from 20.6908 million shares, which accounted for 7.23%
