Zuming Bean announced that the company will hold the 12th meeting of the fifth board of directors on August 28, 2025, to review and approve the proposal to terminate the Wuhan investment project. This project was intended to purchase land in the Jiangxia Economic Development Zone of Wuhan to build a new production base based on the company's overall strategic layout and operational development needs. However, due to industrial policy restrictions, the Management Committee of the Jiangxia Economic Development Zone in Wuhan was unable to provide the project land, which could not meet the business development needs, and the company has not obtained the project land and has not made any actual investment. Therefore, the company has decided to terminate this project, and this termination will not affect the company's financial condition and operational status
