NETJOY postpones the release of mid-2025 performance, continuing the suspension of trading

NETJOY (02131.HK) stated that due to the full-year performance for 2024 not yet being released, the announcement of the mid-term performance for 2025 and the dispatch of the mid-term report for 2025 will be delayed.

The stock will remain suspended until the company meets all resumption guidelines, remedies the issues that led to its suspension, and fully complies with listing rules, to the satisfaction of the Stock Exchange
