KPA announced that as of the date of this announcement, its controlling shareholder Shandong KPA Investment Co., Ltd. holds 28.3233 million shares, accounting for 27.06% of the total share capital; due to meeting the exit demand of minority shareholders other than the actual controller, it plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.0467 million shares through centralized bidding from September 23, 2025, to December 22, 2025, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 1% of the company's total share capital. The shares were obtained before the IPO
