HAXC announced that Vice General Manager Zhang Long holds 104,900 shares, accounting for 0.13%, and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 26,225 shares, accounting for 0.03%, through centralized bidding from September 22, 2025, to December 21, 2025; shareholder and director Xiao Yan, who holds 9.2695 million shares, accounting for 11.59%, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 2.3174 million shares, accounting for 2.9%, during the same period through centralized bidding or block trading
