MEDIWELCOME (02159.HK) announced that, effective immediately (1st), Liu Guijin has resigned as Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer, and member of the Nomination Committee due to his intention to devote more time to personal matters; Yang Xiaoxi has resigned as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee. Deng Chengying has been appointed as Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer, and member of the Nomination Committee; and Chen Huilin has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee
