The highest transaction price was 19.7 yuan/share, the lowest transaction price was 13.12 yuan/share, and the total transaction amount was 209 million yuan. This repurchase complies with the requirements of relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents, with a total fund amount not less than 200 million yuan and not exceeding 400 million yuan
