WAYS fell over 4%, with its stock price hitting a new low in over a month

WAYS today fell by 4.6% during intraday trading to CNY 22.2, marking a new low in over a month since August 5. WAYS announced that its controlling shareholder, Watanabe Yōichi, plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 6,385,003 shares, which is no more than 3% of the company's total share capital. The reduction period will be within three months starting from 15 trading days after the disclosure of this announcement
