Changling Hydraulic announced that the share transfer agreements signed by the company's controlling shareholders, Xia Jifa and Xia Zemin, with Wuxi Hexin Tingtao Technology Partnership, as well as the share transfer agreement between Xia Jifa and Jiangyin Chenglian Shuangying Investment Partnership, have been adjusted due to the completion of the company's equity distribution. The adjusted total transaction price is RMB 1.223 billion, with a per-share price of RMB 33.97. Meanwhile, the partial offer price from Hexin Polang Technology Partnership has been adjusted to RMB 35.82 per share
