ZHONGTIAN ROCKET announced that the company's board of directors received written resignation letters from Yang Jie and Li Jian on September 8, 2025. Yang Jie resigned from the position of director of the fourth board of directors, member of the board's strategic committee, and member of the board's compensation and assessment committee due to work adjustments, and will no longer hold any position in the company after resigning. Li Jian resigned from the position of director of the fourth board of directors, member of the board's strategic committee, and general manager of the company due to work adjustments, and will no longer hold any position in the company after resigning. As of the announcement date, Yang Jie and Li Jian do not hold any shares in the company, and the relevant work has been handed over, so the resignations will not affect the normal operation of the company. The company's board of directors will complete the selection of a new general manager and the election of directors as soon as possible
