ZMD: Three shareholders plan to reduce their holdings in the company

ZMD announced that director and co-chairman Jiang Hu plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 27,290 shares through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement of this reduction plan, accounting for 0.0163% of the company's total share capital; director and general manager Long Bo intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 25,334 shares, accounting for 0.0151%; and vice president Wan Chonggang plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 6,376 shares, accounting for 0.0038%. All three are reducing their holdings due to personal funding needs, with the shares sourced from equity incentive shares
