GAD Environmental: Actual controller reduces holdings by 2.9974%

GAD Environmental announced that as of September 5, 2025, the actual controller Kong Xiongjun completed the reduction plan through centralized bidding and block trading. During the period from June 16, 2025, to August 22, 2025, he reduced his holdings by 999,500 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.9988% of the existing total share capital; from September 4, 2025, to September 5, 2025, he reduced his holdings by 2 million shares through block trading, accounting for 1.9986% of the existing total share capital; a total reduction of 2,999,500 shares, accounting for 2.9974% of the existing total share capital. After this reduction, Kong Xiongjun's shareholding decreased to 10.59 million shares, accounting for 10.59%. The combined shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholder and concerted parties decreased from 38.58% to 35.59%
