Runben Biotechnology Co., Ltd. announced the implementation of the 2025 semi-annual profit distribution plan. This profit distribution plan has been approved by the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025. Based on a total share capital of 404,593,314 shares, a cash dividend of 0.20 yuan per share will be distributed, totaling 80,918,662.80 yuan. The equity registration date is September 17, and the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date is September 18. Different types of shareholders have different tax deduction standards; for example, individual shareholders who hold shares for more than one year are temporarily exempt from individual income tax. In addition, the reduction price promised by some shareholders has been adjusted to not less than 16.60 yuan per share after the ex-dividend adjustment.
