According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HOPSON DEV HOLD (00754) announced that for the eight months ending August 31, 2025, the total contracted sales amount of the group and its joint ventures and associates was approximately RMB 9.902 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 15.56%; among which, property contracted sales were approximately RMB 8.854 billion; and renovation contracted sales were approximately RMB 1.048 billion. For the month of August 2025, the total contracted sales amount of the group and its joint ventures and associates was approximately RMB 855 million, a year-on-year decrease of 38.44%; among which, property contracted sales were approximately RMB 735 million; and renovation contracted sales were approximately RMB 120 million. For the eight months ending August 31, 2025, the property contracted sales area of the group and its joint ventures and associates was approximately 370,149 square meters, with an average selling price of approximately RMB 23,920 per square meter.

For the eight months ending August 31, 2025, the total contracted sales area of non-self-invested properties managed under the "HOPSON" brand by the group and its joint ventures and associates was approximately 47,591 square meters, with a contracted sales amount of approximately RMB 4.236 billion.
