Orient Biotech announced that the company has completed its share repurchase, with the actual number of shares repurchased being 1.8013 million shares, accounting for 0.8935% of the total share capital. The repurchase price range was between RMB 26.45 per share and RMB 29.52 per share, with a total amount of funds used being RMB 49.9943 million. The repurchased shares will be used to maintain the company's value and shareholder rights, and will be sold through centralized bidding trading 12 months after the company discloses the repurchase results and share change announcement
