APT: Shareholder equity changes reach 1% threshold

APT announced that its shareholder Shenzhen Mindray Technology Holdings and its concerted party Zhuhai Tongsheng Investment increased their holdings in the company by 2.1647 million shares through block trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, accounting for 1.54% of the company's total share capital. After the change in equity, Shenzhen Mindray and its concerted party's total shareholding increased from 35.2534 million shares to 37.4182 million shares, with the shareholding ratio rising from 25.00% to 26.54%. This increase in holdings complies with relevant laws and regulations and will not lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller
