Kitech: The controlling shareholder reduced its holdings by 1.09% on September 2nd

Kitech announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Rao Desheng, will reduce his holdings by a total of 920,500 shares from September 9 to September 10, 2025, through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 1.09% of the total share capital after deducting the shares in the repurchase special account. After this equity change, Rao Desheng and his concerted parties will hold a total of 42,024,500 shares in the company, accounting for 50.06%, of which Rao Desheng personally holds 27,079,500 shares, accounting for 32.25%. The reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented
