SHENTONG TECHNOLOGY announced that the controlling shareholder and its concerted parties reduced their holdings of the company's shares by 4.048 million shares through block trading from September 1, 2025, to September 11, 2025, resulting in the company's total share capital changing from 431 million shares to 432 million shares. In addition, from August 15, 2025, to September 11, 2025, a total of 74,150 shares were exercised and completed the transfer registration of the stock options under the company's 2023 restricted stock and stock option incentive plan, and "SHENTONG Convertible Bonds" had a total conversion of 1.1587 million shares. The above changes resulted in the concerted parties' total shareholding in the company decreasing from 74.92% to 73.77%, with the equity change reaching the 1% threshold
