LTRQ announced that its controlling shareholder, LTRQ Group, will first increase its holdings of the company's A-shares by 2 million shares through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange from September 11, 2025, to September 12, 2025, with a transaction amount of 20.0496 million yuan, accounting for 0.28% of the total share capital; the previously disclosed increase plan intends to invest 100 million to 150 million yuan between June 19, 2025, and June 18, 2026, with an increase ratio not exceeding 2%
