HQHB announced that due to the passing of Ms. Li Minghe, a person acting in concert, her 3.6987 million shares have been notarized and will be acquired or inherited by Mr. Wang Jian, Mr. Wang Yizhen, and Ms. Pei Shifang, with quantities of 1.8493 million shares, 1.2493 million shares, and 600,000 shares, respectively. After this change in equity, Wang Jian's direct shareholding increases to 1.9901 million shares, accounting for 1.51%; the controlling shareholder Angong University Assets and persons acting in concert hold a total of 35.2926 million shares, accounting for 26.71%, with no change in total shareholding or proportion
