Guizhou Sanli announced that the company will complete the share repurchase from September 13, 2024, to September 12, 2025. The actual number of shares repurchased is 7.8693 million shares, accounting for 1.92% of the total share capital, with a repurchase amount of 99.9544 million yuan, and the price range is from 11.82 yuan/share to 14.2 yuan/share. The repurchased shares will be used for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive plan
