NANWANG SCIEN-TECH announced that its holding subsidiary, Anhui Budaiwang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., has established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Budaiwang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 50 million RMB. Guangdong Budaiwang will become a holding subsidiary of the company and will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. The funds for this investment come from the company's own funds, do not involve related party transactions, and do not constitute a major asset reorganization. Guangdong Budaiwang has obtained a business license, with a establishment date of September 12, 2025. This investment aims to expand the market, increase competitiveness, enhance operational capabilities, and promote the company's long-term stable development
