SRX announced that its shareholder, Tai'an Zhongxing Investment Partnership, reduced its holdings by 2,108,200 shares through centralized bidding from September 3 to September 12, 2025, and reduced its holdings by 3,430,800 shares through block trading, with a reduction price range of 28.37 to 32.09 yuan/share, totaling a reduction of 5,539,000 shares, accounting for 2.63%; after the reduction, it holds 20,813,200 shares, accounting for 9.87%
