JinKe Environment announced that the company's shareholder Victorious Joy Water Services Limited reduced its holdings by a total of 83,000 shares through centralized bidding from September 9, 2025, to September 12, 2025. The number of shares held decreased from 9.9064 million shares to 9.8234 million shares, accounting for a reduction in the proportion of the company's total share capital from 8.05% to 7.98%. This equity change is a normal reduction by a shareholder holding more than 5% but not the largest shareholder, and it will not lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, nor will it have a significant impact on the company's governance structure and ongoing operations
