Shanghai Yongmaotai Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. announced that the guarantee limit for its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Yongmaotai Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. at China Construction Bank has increased from 180 million yuan to 280 million yuan. As of September 12, 2025, the guarantee balance for this subsidiary is 577 million yuan. This guarantee change involves financing business scope, debt determination period, etc., and has completed the internal decision-making process. Shanghai Parts primarily engages in automotive parts, with a net profit of 5.8468 million yuan in the first half of 2025. As of the same date, the total guarantee balance for the company and its subsidiaries is 1.154 billion yuan, accounting for 54.92% of the audited net assets at the end of 2024, and there are no overdue amounts
