According to the announcement from Road Biology Environmental Protection (688156.SH), its wholly-owned subsidiary Road Biology Environmental Protection Technology (Bozhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bozhou Road Biology") plans to implement a capital increase and introduce investors. The Bozhou Science and Technology Transformation Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Bozhou Science and Technology Investment Fund") will contribute RMB 20 million in cash to subscribe for an additional registered capital of RMB 20 million in Bozhou Road Biology; the Bozhou Life and Health Industry Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Bozhou Life and Health Fund") will contribute RMB 10 million in cash to subscribe for an additional registered capital of RMB 10 million in Bozhou Road Biology. The company waives its preemptive subscription rights for this capital increase.
