FSQUALITY: Sihui Mingcheng and Tiancheng Tongchuang reduced their holdings by 0.94% of the company's shares

FSQUALITY announced that the company recently received a "Share Reduction Progress Notification Letter" issued by SiHui MingCheng and its concerted actor TianCheng TongChuang. SiHui MingCheng and TianCheng TongChuang will reduce their holdings of the company's shares by 1.329 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from August 29, 2025, to September 12, 2025, accounting for 0.9407% of the company's total share capital. The combined shareholding ratio of SiHui MingCheng and its concerted actors decreased from 65.7379% to 64.7971%, and this equity change touches the integer multiple of 1%
