CANBRIDGE-B (01228.HK) announced that it will issue a total of 9.9961 million new shares to three independent third parties, equivalent to an enlarged share capital of 1.96%; the price per share is HKD 2.26, a discount of 19.86% compared to the last trading day (15th). The total amount raised is HKD 22.59 million, with a net amount of HKD 22.09 million, intended for research and development expenses of existing product lines and daily operations
