According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Suzhou CDMS Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with a business scope that includes automotive parts research and development; metal processing machinery manufacturing; industrial robot manufacturing; industrial robot installation and maintenance, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by CDMS
