The shareholding ratio of Kinco's controlling shareholder and its concerted parties has decreased to 57.88%

Shanghai Kinco Automation Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Shanghai Bujin Information Consulting Co., Ltd., reduced its holdings by a total of 1,816,644 shares through block trading from September 5 to 16, 2025, accounting for 2% of the total share capital. The combined shareholding ratio of Shanghai Bujin and its concerted parties decreased from 59.88% to 57.88%, reaching an integer multiple of 1%. This change in equity is part of the previously announced reduction plan and has not yet been fully implemented. The change does not trigger a mandatory tender offer, does not affect the company's ongoing operations, and the controlling shareholder and actual controller remain unchanged, nor does it involve the disclosure of an equity change report.
