In 2025, Anhui AHB Biotechnology Co., Ltd. announced that core technical staff member Liu Zhicheng has resigned for personal reasons and will no longer hold any position in the company. Liu Zhicheng holds 0.0089% of the company's shares and will comply with relevant regulations and commitments after his departure. The research and development results he participated in during his tenure are considered work-related achievements and have been handed over. The company has signed a Confidentiality and Non-Competition Agreement with him, and no breach of contract has been found. As of June 30, 2025, the company has 286 R&D personnel, accounting for 13.42%. The company stated that it does not rely on a single core technical staff member, and his departure will not affect its core competitiveness and ongoing operational capabilities.
