HUANLEJIA announced that its shareholder Suqian Maoxing Consulting Partnership has completed a price inquiry transfer, reducing its shareholding from 5.60% to 4.26%. The number of shares transferred in this price inquiry is 5.859 million shares, accounting for 1.34% of the company's total share capital, with a transaction amount of 89.8184 million yuan. This change in equity will not lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, nor will it have a significant impact on the company's governance structure and ongoing operations
