In 2025, Beijing Seeyon Software Co., Ltd. will promote an employee stock ownership plan. On August 7 and September 1, relevant meetings reviewed and approved the plan. According to the subscription and payment results, 48 employees participated, subscribing for 13,849,624 shares and paying a total of 13,849,624 yuan, corresponding to 816,124 shares. On September 19, the company received a confirmation letter, and 816,124 shares were transferred to the stock ownership plan account on September 18 at a transfer price of 16.97 yuan per share, accounting for 0.7083% of the total share capital.
