TIANLI INT HLDG announced that it will launch multiple historical theme study tour programs for the 2024/2025 academic year, with a year-on-year increase of 20% in external service participants for the study tour business. The art service sector has launched the Tsinghua Top Talent Training Program, serving approximately 4,500 participants. In the 2025 college entrance examination, 28 outstanding students were admitted to Tsinghua University and Peking University, with about 90% of students exceeding the undergraduate admission score line. In the international higher education sector, 329 students were admitted to QS World Top 50 universities, and 34 students won provincial first prizes in the Strong Foundation Competition
According to the announcement from TIANLI INT HLDG (01773), during the 2024/2025 academic year, the group's subsidiary, Lixing Research, will successively launch historical-themed study tours such as "Ancient Shu" and "Dunhuang" in the study tour service sector. These programs aim to transform dull textbook knowledge into lively offline experiences, truly enabling children to think and learn while enjoying education. Upon launch, these programs received widespread market recognition, with the group's study tour business seeing a 20% year-on-year increase in external service participants, highlighting its growing external conversion potential.
In the arts service sector, the group's subsidiary, Tianyi Dream Building, has launched products such as the Tsinghua Top Talent Training Program and the "3+3" art specialty project integrating art education, fully meeting the artistic enhancement needs of students with different backgrounds. In the 2024/2025 academic year, the group's arts sector served approximately 4,500 participants, further tapping into market potential.
In 2025, the group's high school graduates will participate in the National Unified Examination for Admission to Ordinary Colleges and Universities held in various cities where their schools are located. In the 2025 college entrance examination, the group's top talent training achievements reached new heights, with a total of 28 outstanding students from the school network being admitted to Tsinghua University and Peking University. Thanks to the group's standardized and high-quality teaching management model, the mature schools maintained high standards, with about 90% of students exceeding the admission score line for Chinese undergraduate programs and about 58% exceeding the admission score line for first-tier universities. The growing schools also achieved a low entry and high exit rate, with the undergraduate admission rate and first-tier admission rate improving by 32% and 14%, respectively, compared to the entrance exam results.
In the 2024/2025 academic year, the group's diverse enrollment results are equally impressive: (i) in the international enrollment sector, a total of 329 students received admission notices from QS World Top 50 universities; (ii) in the strong foundation competition sector, 34 students won provincial first prizes in five major subject competitions, with 12 selected for the provincial team and winning 3 gold medals in the national finals, one of whom joined the national training team with outstanding performance and received a guaranteed admission qualification from Tsinghua University.
As of the beginning of the fall semester in 2025, the group provided comprehensive educational services to approximately 141,000 students across 63 schools, an 8% increase from about 130,000 students at the beginning of the fall semester in 2024. Among them, the number of high school students served by the group is about 60,000, an 11% increase from about 54,000 at the beginning of the fall semester in 2024.
In the 2024/2025 academic year, Yiliang Tianli School, leveraging the precise empowerment of AI series products, successfully assisted 2 students in gaining admission to Peking University and 1 student to Tsinghua University, breaking the 117-year record of admissions to these universities in Yiliang County. The AI sprint camp project also achieved remarkable results, with an 81% improvement rate in college entrance examination scores among nearly 1,000 recruited AI sprint camp students this academic year, with an average score increase of 48 points and the highest increase of 158 points
