TIANLI INT HLDG (01773.HK) announced its latest business progress. In response to the challenges of declining school-age population in China's K12 education sector and economic cycle fluctuations, the group is actively promoting strategic transformation, deepening quality system construction, and establishing AI education as its core development direction. By the beginning of the fall semester in 2025, the total number of students served by the group is expected to reach approximately 141,000, representing an annual growth of 8%, with about 60,000 high school students, an annual growth of 11%.

The group stated that its self-developed "Qiming AI Learning Companion" large model has passed national filing and achieved personalized teaching functions. Yiliang TIANLI School, with the help of AI products, has enabled three students to gain admission to Tsinghua University and Peking University, breaking the local record of 117 years. The score improvement rate for students in the AI college entrance examination sprint camp reached 81%, with an average improvement of 48 points
