BOZHON plans to transfer part of its equity in Suzhou Linghou Robotics Co., Ltd. for 64 million yuan, accounting for 18.29% of Suzhou Linghou's registered capital. This transaction aims to optimize the company's investment structure, improve asset liquidity and utilization efficiency, and provide financial support for the company's operations, focusing on its main business and enhancing core competitiveness
According to the announcement from BOZHON (688097.SH), in order to further optimize the company's external investment structure and based on the overall development strategy, the company plans to transfer its equity corresponding to the registered capital of Suzhou Linghou Robot Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Suzhou Linghou") amounting to 20.3175 million yuan for a consideration of 64 million yuan (approximately 18.29% of the current total registered capital of Suzhou Linghou; if Suzhou Linghou undergoes subsequent capital increases or other events, the company's shareholding ratio will be based on the actual shareholding corresponding to the registered capital at that time). It is expected that after the completion of this transaction, the company will hold 21.61% of the equity in Suzhou Linghou.
